Standard Support and Maintenance for the K1000 and K2000 includes:

  • Hardware replacement warranty
  • Software updates for all purchased Dell KACE Appliance components (OS, middleware and applications)

    • Information-rich, searchable knowledge base with answers to commonly asked support questions

Standard support and maintenance for the Dell KACE M300 consists of the following:

  • Hardware warranty:
    For hardware issues, customers can receive assistance by contacting technical support. If needed, a replacement unit will be sent to the customer.
