KACE™ Joins Dell™

Dell Inc. and KACE announced on February 11, 2010 that Dell intends to acquire KACE and its award-winning KBOX Family of Systems Management Appliances. All KACE employees will join Dell and KACE will operate as a new business unit. The addition of KACE helps Dell to offer it’s midsized and public sector customers with appliance-based solutions that are comprehensive, easy-to-use, and affordable, as well as to strengthen its portfolio of systems management solutions.  Dell’s global presence and resources will enable KACE to broaden and accelerate its product plans and growth.
