Vendors readily supply a steady stream of superlatives about their products and services, in fact an easy task for most any marketer. But what about when a real customer weighs in, to offer up both the good and the bad about a product they actually use, and how it has delivered (or not) on its original promise?

KACE customer Jason Allen of Truliant Federal Credit Union did exactly that when he recently submitted a review of the KACE Systems Management Appliance to Information Management. Everything perfect? Of course not, and we appreciate constructive criticism.
